Kade spent 17 years at Intermountain Health, where he built the way they measured AI. He reviewed 34 AI initiatives across a dozen vendors with one method, so they could be compared fairly. Some came back validated at projected savings approaching a million dollars. Others he told them to shut down, because the numbers weren't there.

He's also an MHA, an MBA, and a PMP, and he teaches systems analysis at Weber State. Most AI tools get built and nobody checks whether the work got better. Kade checks.

Fill in your prep sheet at bradyward.ai/build-prep. It takes about 3 minutes and tells Brady what to have ready for you on Wednesday.
What does the refund cover?
If you show up both days and do the work, and you don't leave with one system running in your business, I'll refund the full seat price. Email brady@bradyward.ai within 30 days of the workshop and I'll take care of it.
What if I miss one of the days?
We build it live, together, over both days, so you need to be there for both. If you already know you'll miss one, email brady@bradyward.ai before you buy and we'll figure out the best option for you.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You don't need to know how to code. You need to be able to click around, follow along, and make decisions about your own business.
What do I need to pay for?
A laptop you can install software on and an email you can use for a new AI account. Free tiers are fine for Day 1. For the Day 2 build you need Claude Pro ($20/mo) at minimum; Claude Max ($100/mo) is what Brady recommends for Claude Code. ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) is optional. You keep whatever you pick after the workshop.
What happens after the two days?
Two weeks after, you get a quick pulse from Brady AI: did you use it, what got in the way. Then a 30-day habit check. Both are included. The 30-day check is where we talk about what comes next, if anything.
Is there a recording?
No. This is live and hands-on, and everyone builds a different system, so there's nothing generic to record. Show up live for both evenings.
What counts as "one system running"?
One tool actually working in your business by the end of day two. Not a plan, not a demo. Something doing real work, like answering a lead or handling a task you used to do by hand.
