01

Brightly AI

AI that texts your leads back instantly and follows up until they book.

How I use it

Every lead that comes in through my website or FB gets an instant text back from Brightly AI. It qualifies them, answers basic questions, and books the appointment — all before I even see the notification. I built this because I was losing leads to slow response times.

Setup workflow 1. New lead hits the webhook (form submit, FB DM, etc.) 2. Brightly AI sends first text within 60 seconds: "Hey [name]! Got your message. Quick question — what's the best day/time for a 15-min call?" 3. If no reply in 4 hours → follow-up: "No rush — just want to make sure I didn't miss you. Still interested in [service]?" 4. Books directly into my calendar when they reply

Result: 3x more appointments booked. Leads that used to ghost now respond because they got a text in under a minute.

02

Claude

The smartest AI assistant available. My #1 for everything.

How I use it

After every sales call, I paste my notes into Claude and get a follow-up text ready to send in 30 seconds. I also use it to write proposals, plan my week, and brainstorm offers. It's the first thing I open every morning.

Post-call follow-up prompt I just had a sales call with [name]. They run a [business type] and their main pain is [pain point]. They seemed interested in [service/product]. Write me a 2-sentence follow-up text that: - References their specific pain (not generic) - Gives them one clear next step - Sounds like a friend, not a salesperson - Is under 160 characters

Result: Follow-up texts go out within 5 minutes of hanging up. Response rate went from ~30% to ~70% because it's specific to their situation.

03

Cowork

AI agent that lives on your desktop. Reads your files, does real tasks while you watch.

How I use it

I drag a folder onto Cowork and tell it what I need. It reads my call notes, past proposals, and project files — then writes the SOW, estimates the hours, and formats it ready to send. What used to take me 45 minutes takes 3.

Proposal writing prompt Read my call notes in this folder. The client is [name] at [company]. They need [what they asked for]. Write a 1-page proposal that includes: - What we'll deliver (specific, not vague) - Timeline (be realistic) - Investment (use $[amount]) - Next step (one sentence, one action) Keep it under 400 words. No fluff. Sound confident but not salesy.

Result: Proposals go out same-day instead of "I'll get back to you next week." Closes faster because momentum stays high.

04

Codex

OpenAI's coding agent. Give it a task, it writes and runs the code.

How I use it

I describe what I want in plain English and Codex builds it. Landing pages, payment forms, booking widgets, countdown timers — anything I'd normally hire a developer for. It writes the code, tests it, and I deploy it.

Example command codex "Add a countdown timer to my landing page that counts down to May 8 at 12pm Mountain Time. When it hits zero, change the button text from 'Reserve Your Spot' to 'Starting Now — Join Live' and update the link to my Zoom room."

Result: Built and deployed in under 5 minutes. No developer. No waiting 3 days for a quote.

05

OpenClaw

AI agent platform — connects all your tools and runs tasks across them.

How I use it

I connected my calendar, CRM, email, and Stripe to OpenClaw. Now one command handles my Monday morning triage — it checks what meetings are coming, pulls lead context from my CRM, drafts prep notes, and flags overdue invoices. All before I finish my coffee.

Monday triage workflow "Check my calendar for this week. For each meeting, pull the contact's info from my CRM and write a 1-sentence prep note so I remember what we talked about last time. Also flag any invoices over 7 days past due."

Result: Monday mornings went from 45 minutes of context-switching to a 5-minute review. I walk into every call prepared without doing the prep work myself.

06

ChatGPT

The one everyone knows. Image gen, voice mode, plugins for everything.

How I use it

I snap a photo of a completed job, upload it to ChatGPT, and get a ready-to-post Facebook caption in 20 seconds. I also use voice mode in the car to brainstorm offers and talk through problems — it's like having a business partner who never gets tired.

Job site → FB post prompt [Upload photo of completed job] Write a 3-sentence Facebook post for my [business type] business. Rules: - First sentence: what the customer's problem was - Second sentence: what we did (specific, not vague) - Third sentence: soft CTA ("DM me if you need the same thing") - Sound like a real person, not a brand - No hashtags, no emojis overload

Result: Posting daily went from a 20-minute chore to a 30-second habit. Engagement doubled because the posts sound human, not AI-generated.

07

Perplexity

AI-powered search with real sources. Kills the 10-tab Google rabbit hole.

How I use it

Before any sales call with a new lead, I spend 60 seconds in Perplexity pulling up their business, their competitors, and what they charge. I walk into the call knowing more about their market than they expect. That's the closer's edge.

Pre-call research prompt What are the top 5 [business type] companies in [city, state]? For each one, tell me: - Their Google review count and rating - Roughly what they charge (if findable) - What they do well that stands out - One weakness I can see from their online presence Keep it brief — bullet points, not paragraphs.

Result: Walk into calls with ammunition. "I noticed your top competitor has 200 more reviews than you — want me to show you how to close that gap?" That line alone has opened 3 deals.

08

Stripe

Get paid online in 5 minutes. Payment links, invoices, subscriptions — no code.

How I use it

The second someone says "yes" on a call, I send them a Stripe payment link. No "I'll send an invoice tomorrow." No PDF. No chasing. They tap a link, pay, done. I create new payment links in under 2 minutes for any offer at any price.

2-minute payment link workflow 1. Stripe Dashboard → Payment Links → New 2. Name: "[Service] — [Client Name]" 3. Price: $[amount] (one-time or recurring) 4. Description: 1 sentence of what they get 5. Copy link → paste into the text/email you're already in Pro tip: Create links DURING the call while you're still talking. "I just sent you the link — check your texts." Close before they have time to overthink.

Result: Went from "I'll think about it" to paid-on-the-spot. Same-call close rate jumped because there's no gap between "yes" and payment.

09

Canva

AI design for social posts, presentations, flyers. Looks pro without a designer.

How I use it

I use Canva's AI to generate carousel posts for Instagram, quote graphics for FB, and one-pagers I can text to leads. The Magic Design feature takes a sentence and gives me 8 layout options in 10 seconds. No design skills needed.

Quick content prompt (in Canva's Magic Design) "Create 5 Instagram carousel slides for a [business type]. Topic: [your topic]. Style: dark background, clean white text, one point per slide, bold headline + 1-2 sentence explanation. End slide: 'DM me [keyword] for the free guide'"

Result: A week's worth of social content in 15 minutes. Looks consistent, on-brand, and professional without touching Photoshop or paying a designer.

10

Zoom

AI Companion takes notes, summarizes meetings, and writes follow-ups automatically.

How I use it

I stopped taking notes during calls. Zoom AI Companion records everything, gives me a summary with action items at the end, and even drafts follow-up emails. I paste the summary into my CRM so next time I talk to them, I have full context instantly.

Post-meeting workflow After every Zoom call: 1. AI Companion auto-generates meeting summary 2. Copy the "Action Items" section 3. Paste into CRM under that contact's notes 4. Copy the "Key Discussion Points" section 5. Paste into Claude with: "Based on these notes, write a 2-sentence follow-up text for [name]." 6. Send the text within 5 min of hanging up Total time: 90 seconds of paste + send.

Result: Every call gets a same-day follow-up with specific details from the conversation. People are shocked I "remembered" everything — I didn't. Zoom did.
