Project Prioritization Worksheet

Score every active project and route each to a clear designation: Primary, Secondary (with 30-day gate), or Archived. Run once now, repeat quarterly.

Step 1: List Every Active Project

Include projects you "haven't gotten to in a while." If it occupies working memory, list it.

Step 2: Score Each Project (ICE)

Impact (1-5): How much does success change your revenue? Confidence (1-5): How likely is measurable progress in 90 days? Effort (1-5, inverted): 1=very high effort, 5=low effort.

Step 3: Apply the Routing Rules

Rule 1: Generating real revenue now? Primary or Secondary candidate regardless of ICE.

Rule 2: Highest ICE score = Primary candidate.

Rule 3: Second-highest ICE (within 20% of top) = Secondary with a 30-day gate.

Rule 4: Everything else = Archive. Write a one-paragraph status freeze and remove from active planning.
